Small Gym Upholstery Pad Ready Made Universal Fit 250mm x 250mm Standard!

Hand Made using a full range of Fire Retardant Materials including a Strong 20mm Base Board (not chipboard) with 8lb Commercial Grade 25mm High Density Reconstituted Chip Foam and 9oz Polyester Dacron Wrap prior to covering with a Gym Grade Upholstery of your choice. To finish we apply a quality Backing cloth to the back of every upholstery pad. As the Gym Pad is a universal fit, there are no rear fixings so we supply heavy duty wood screws to secure your pad to the framework

Our In-House Upholsterers have worked with Gym Upholstery Vinyl for over 30 years providing Upholstery and Repair services within the Fitness Industry, Contract Upholstery, Physio Therapy and Medical Industries. Our Gym Vinyl Upholstery is fully Fire Retardant to Crib-5 with Anti-Bacterial protection to protect against harmful bacteria including MRSA and is treated with a Stain Erase coating to increase resistance to everyday staining. Our internal 8lb Reconstituted 25mm Foam is heavy duty and fire retardant additionally covered in an 9oz Polyester fire retardant wrap for additional comfort. We finish using a 70gm fire retardant backing cloth to cover

Anti-Bacterial Protection: Proven to counter the spread of MRSA, E.coli, and other dangerous bacteria

Wear Guard Protection: Provides a high tech additional undercoat to the fabric surface

Stain Protection: Specially formulated coating that increases resistance to staining

Internal Filling: 25mm 8lb Recon Foam / 9oz Polyester Covering / 70gm Backing Cloth
