We recommend that you read through our terms and conditions. By placing your order at the checkout page of our shop you are acknowledging to adhere to our terms and conditions of trading.
Due to continuous development of fitness equipment product or spare parts be it generic or OEM, item specifications, colours or pricing may change at any time without notice or we may substitute a product for one of the same or better quality. In this instance we will always contact you on receipt of your order to discuss any substitute and request how you wish to proceed should this be the case.
If you are at all unsure whether it is safe for you to exercise or use any fitness equipment please always consult your Doctor to get their agreement. Likewise, if you are taking any medication or suffer from any health related problem, please contact your doctor.
All products are subject to availability. We will contact you promptly regarding any shortages.
Most fitness equipment products are delivered flat packed and partly built and will require the remainder assembly by you. Installation is available separately for an additional charge. Please call us for details of fitness equipment engineers within your area.
We offer a 14 day returns policy which begins when you receive the goods. All unwanted goods should be returned to us, unused and in a re-saleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If the goods are damaged when received please contact us. Any Shortages or Faulty Products should be reported within 7 days from receiving your order. You must contact us by simply replying to your original Order Confirmation Email or if easier by speaking to a member of staff by Telephone where you will be provided with further details or a Returns Number which then must be included on all your contact correspondence including a copy within the package itself. A refund will then be issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund the original carriage or the return postage.
IMPORTANT SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM MADE ITEM INFORMATION
Please Note: We will not offer a refund for an item/items that have been specially sourced or manufactured to your specific specification/requirement/drawing (e.g. Special Order Running Belts, Custom Cut Running Decks, Custom Made Wire Rope, Special Order Manufactured Components etc) or any goods purchased off-line in our store. Any order for your "Specialist Design" or "Custom Made" items constitutes a contractual agreement between the buyer and the seller and once work has progressed or manufacture has commenced for the "Specialist" or "Custom Made" item then no form of refund can be offered and work on the item/items will continue.

If you cancel your order in writing after it has been shipped but not yet received or you refuse to accept the delivery for any reason, then you are responsible for all return freight charges back to Expert Fitness UK or the Manufacture
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order because it has arrived damaged you will not be charged for its return.
If you cancel your order in writing within seven working days of delivery of your item(s) it is your responsibility to return the item(s) to Expert Fitness UK Ltd at your expense. You must ensure that the goods are securely packed & insured against loss or damage & we must receive the goods in an “as new” salable condition by a reputable carrier that requires a signature as proof of delivery. On receipt of a returned item(s) Expert Fitness UK Ltd will check the product to ensure it meets a saleable standard

We have five methods for you to place your order: Telephone, Mail/Cheque, In-Store, Internet, BACS and Purchase Order - (Loyalty Discount Customers Only). All orders must be paid for in full before they will be shipped or ordered from our supplier. This includes any item that is put on backorder for you because it is out of stock
Payment is necessary so that we can allocate the incoming stock to your order. If you do not wish for payment to be taken for backorder items, we will be able to leave the item on back order for you, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free stock available to fulfil your order

Please inform us of faulty products within 7 days so we can arrange for either an engineer to call and correct or if seriously damaged the Manufacture will offer an exchange. If the faulty goods are to be returned, the returns must be authorised by Expert Fitness UK Ltd first, unauthorised returned goods will be strictly refused. You may have to deal direct with the manufacturer. In extreme cases if we cannot remedy the problem we will refund you in full

Delivery is free of charge (excluding spare parts) to all destinations in England and Wales unless otherwise indicated. Any carriage that is required is clearly marked. All goods will normally arrive flat packed and will require a signature on delivery. If you have requested delivery on a specific date Expert Fitness UK Ltd will endeavour to fulfil your request however, as we are using a third party, we cannot guarantee it. Expert Fitness UK Ltd will not accept liability for failure to deliver on the stated date. Carriers will not deliver at specific times, however deliveries before 9.00am, 10.00am, 12.00am and Saturday morning can be arranged at a additional cost. Our carriers are unable to give specific times for delivery. The freight delivery service you receive may vary among carrier companies. Since most carriers deliver to the curb side immediately adjacent to their vehicle and regard inside delivery as an extra service cost, it may be necessary for you to assist or move merchandise into your home, this is especially relevant if you live in a block of flats as carriers will only deliver to the ground floor entrance to the block. We will always try to arrive at the arranged time, however we cannot be held responsible for late arrival due to unusual traffic situations and circumstances beyond our control. We will also try to place the equipment in your required location, but this is not always possible due to the weight and size of the equipment and the access available to us.

If the manufacturer carries out the delivery you may be asked to deal direct with the manufacturer
All Fitness Equipment Product orders are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. Normal delivery time is 5 to10 working days. Please note that unless the carrier/supplier offers a delivery booking in service your order will arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no one is home & the goods returned to the carrier's local depot to await your contact. Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping seasons. All Spare Part order/s are processed and shipped in the order that they are received. In most cases stock items will be processed and dispatched using Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 days) for smaller items and a Next Day Delivery Service for heavier/ larger items. Please note quoted delivery times are from date of despatch and not from date of order. Back order items will be dispatched on the day we receive them from our suppliers. A Signature is required on delivery for goods despatched via courier, if no one is home a calling card will be left for you to contact your local depot to arrange a re-delivery. We will charge for redelivery if goods are returned to us due to non collection.

Although we do not guarantee a next day delivery, we will always endeavour to process and despatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible (normally within 24 hrs for items IN STOCK). We will not be liable for any delivery refunds if your item has been dispatched on a next day delivery and is delayed/late due to couriers and situations beyond our control. If there is a problem with authorising payment on day of order, we will contact you via email or telephone to inform you. If you are not available a message will be left.

International & EU Customers : If you purchase an item from our website, please be aware that the purchase price includes shipping to your choosen destination. It does NOT include any Costs/Tariffs associated with clearing your order through customs. We will NOT be responsible for any VAT and Duty fees incurred from Customs. Please check with your authorities prior to ordering to avoid any misunderstandings. All International & EU customers are responsible for all Tax, Duties and Custom Fee's.
If a customer refuses to pay the extra charges applied by Customs and the parcel is returned back to us. We are obliged to cover ALL costs incurred by resending the parcel back to the UK. Therefore we reserve the right to refuse a full refund.
AEROSOL SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Please be advised that due to shipping regulations we are limited to where we can send Aerosols. We are NOT able to send Aerosol products, certain chemicals or liquids by Airmail or Royal Mail

Large items are usually pre-arranged with you by either the carrier or a member of staff from Expert Fitness UK Ltd. If no one is present at one of the pre-arranged deliveries or if you have not pre-arranged or do not have the facility for off loading, then the goods will be returned to the depot or the supplier. You will liable for all carriage charges in this event
Expert Fitness UK Ltd will not be liable for late or failed deliveries by third party carriers. Any claim for damages to property by a third party carrier must be taken up with them directly.
It is important that you check the item when it arrives. If the box is damaged and you refuse to accept it you must write the reason why on the delivery note and refuse to sign it. Alternatively, If you choose to accept the delivery when the box is damaged then you should cross out the “delivered in good condition” on the couriers delivery note before signing it. If there are a number of boxes to the item you must count they are all there. If not count how many there are and write this on the delivery note before signing and contact Expert Fitness UK Ltd within 48 hours. If you do not note damages or shortages, Expert Fitness UK Ltd or the carrier cannot be held responsible. Words such as UNEXAMINED or UNCHECKED will not be accepted as a conditional signature. Remember if you do not note damages or shortages a signature is an acceptance that you have received all of the delivery in good condition. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products
You must inform Expert Fitness UK Ltd if anything will restrict access to your property or home. This includes (but not limited to) overhanging trees or shrubs, narrow lanes, tight corners, steep driveways or steps. If the delivery vehicle or the delivery driver or team cannot gain access and Expert Fitness UK Ltd Staff or the carriers were not informed, Expert Fitness UK Ltd nor the carriers will accept any claim for compensation for non/failed or refused delivery. In the event of the delivery being refused or cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer will be liable for all outward and return carriage charges. In addition where an item will not fit through a door, hallway, staircase or similar because of the size of the box then the above will also apply. If in doubt please telephone Expert Fitness UK Ltd. HEALTH & SAFETY
The latest Health and Safety regulations state that any delivery above or below ground floor is at the discretion of the carriers or delivery team and cannot be guaranteed. This includes steps outside the premises, which have to be climbed to gain access to the property
If you require installation of a product or products please bear in mind that the time between Order & installation may be longer than for that of delivery only.
Please make sure there is adequate parking and access available. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the installation has been carried out to their full satisfaction. If the customer is not present when the installation is completed, the installation will be deemed completed to the customer’s satisfaction. Any subsequent visits that may be required will be chargeable at our standard rate

The equipment must be used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and in the environment for which it was designed and the manufacturer's guarantees will only apply if these are adhered to. For example a product with a 'home use' warranty will have no warranty whatsoever if used in a Full or Light Commercial environment. If you are unsure as to which classification of usage you require please ask & we will be happy to advise. No manufacturers warranty covers failure of a product if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer alters the product in any way or if the customer fails to provide reasonable & necessary care. Warranties also vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If you require clarification of the terms for particular products we will be happy to supply these for you. Warranties will be invalidated if Expert Fitness UK Ltd considers that the equipment has been damaged through misuse, abuse, and neglect or through being situated in a location that could cause damage in the short or long term to the product. These warranties add to your legal rights – they do not replace them
REFURBISHED OR REMANUFACTURED FITNESS EQUIPMENT PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All Refurbished and Remanufactured products supplied by Expert Fitness UK Ltd finished to the highest engineering standard using genuine parts or parts that will exceed manufacture originals. Warranties will vary depending on the type of product bought. We may offer a 3month Parts Only Warranty for certain refurbished products and up to a 12month Warranty for Remanufactured items. Where possible we will clearly list the Warranty offered with the advertised product. If at all unsure, do give us a call to confirm any Warranties. SPARE PART PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND FITTING CONDITIONS
We are so confident in the quality of our Part Portfolio that Expert Fitness UK Ltd warrants our own brand Spare Parts to the original user-owner against defects or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery (excluding Upholstery Vinyl). During the warranty period, Spare Parts found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Expert Fitness UK Ltd option without charge. The Spare Part must be returned transportation charges pre-paid, with proof of delivery date to our head office address. The repaired or replaced Spare Part will be returned with transportation charges prepaid by Expert Fitness UK Ltd. The warranty does not cover defects caused by ordinary Wear and Tear, Abuse, Misuse, Overloading, Accident (including shipping damage) Wrongly Advised or Improper Maintenance, Improper Fitting/Repair/Replacement, Wrong fitting for Purpose, OEM Product Design Faults, Alteration or failure or any other cause not the result of defects in materials or workmanship. Please note that "Un-lubricated" or "Under-lubricated" or "Insufficiently-lubricated" Treadmill Belting shows easily identifiable wear characteristics where our Senior Engineers decision is final. Expert Fitness UK Ltd will not be held responsible for any consequential or Incidental personal injury or damages caused by any customer or third party fitting of any Expert Fitness UK Ltd supplied or manufactured Spare Part/s. Actual replacement or repair will be determined by Engineer examination of the damaged part with replacement or repair at the discretion of Expert Fitness UK Ltd. We reserve the right at any time with no prior notice to alter, amend or provide an alternative part to replace the original ordered. However, any replacement Spare Part will always meet or usually exceed the Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM). Original Equipment Manufacture Parts (OEM) will be supplied with OEM warranties and in some instances these may not meet Expert Brand Spare Part Warranties. In all Intances we always recommend that the fitting of any of our spare parts are carried out by a time served qualified Engineer.
All Part Warranties and Fitting Conditions extend to all off-line purchases made in any format i.e Purchase Order, Email, Telephone, Verbal, Digital or Fax.
OFFSHORE, EU AND INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES
If you live outside the UK it is advisable that you check if the product you are wishing to purchase will have any Warranty outside the UK. Labour Warranties or Parts only Warranties for all UK offshore postcodes including EU and International countries vary or may not be valid at all
Nothing is more important than your personal safety. If you don’t feel comfortable carrying out a repair job, then you should contact a Competent and Qualified Independent Service Company/Engineer and request that they carry out the repair for you (we can provide details on request). If you do decide to perform the work yourself, be sure to have the correct tools and have a suitable place to do the work before you begin. Be sure you know your own strength, use the right tool for the job and have a good understanding of the repair procedure especially Running Belt fitment, Tensioning and Tracking as it may invalidate any warranty claim if any part is found to have been improperly fitted
Although the equipment comes with a user manual Expert Fitness UK Staff and Engineers are always happy to provide you with any Technical Advice or Product Information
