Precor T800 Indoor Bike Flywheel Hub fully refurbished by our in-house Engineers by machining the Hub Assembly to take larger, higher specification C3 type bearings. The original bearings fitted the the Precor T800 Flywheel from new fail through being under size (under rated) for the weight of the flywheel causing wear to the flywheel hub housing at the same time prematurely wearing the bearings. By simply replacing the bearings will not rectify the original design problem. Expert's modification to the flywheel hub assembly will ensure a smoother, longer lasting, maintenance free operation.

Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing faulty or worn Hub Assembly. Removal of your original Hub is carried out by removing the x4 cap head bolts that secure the hub to the Flywheel (see images).
On receipt of your Flywheel Hub we will dispatch your Service Exchange unit which will have been fully modified ready for you to fit straight back onto your Flywheel.
We can not send out your Replacement Hub without receiving your worn Hub first.
