PowerSport Integra Lat Pulddown Machine Bearing original replacement for the height adjustable carriage. We recommend that all x4 Bearings are replaced at the same time for best results and the Bars are checked for wear.

Before Fitting each Bearing ensure that each bar is not scoured or damaged otherwise damage will occur to the New Bearings. Apply a small amount of Blue Grease to the Bearings and Bar prior to fitting
