The Nylon Sleeve is designed to fit into 60mm x 60mm square metal box section (SHS) that has a 2mm - 2.5mm wall thickness (12-14gauge). The Nylon Sleeve Inside Diameter is 52mm to allow 50mm x 50mm or 2'' metal box section to slide inside it. There are two lugs either side of the Nylon Sleeve that will locate into pre-drilled holes within the outer 60mm x 60mm Square Box Section (SHS) to help lock the Nylon Sleeve into place
Engineer Note: It is important that the SHS used does not have too much of a corner radius as the Insert is quite square
Inner Box Section Spec: 50mm x 50mm or 2'' box section can be chrome plated or painted to a maximum thickness of 51.5mm

Hello again, received these bushes today and fitted them. Had to make a slight adjustment to them as they were not originally for my machine but now fit perfectly and has fixed the problem.
