NordicTrack Elite 4000 Treadmill Deck (Expert Brand) - Our NordicTrack Elite 4000 Treadmill Deck Boards are different to any other after market Treadmill Decks. We even consider the Quality of our Treadmill Decks to be Superior in comparison to many manufacture originals. Expert Treadmill Decks, when used in conjunction with our Lubrication range ensures the Lowest Friction available due to a super Hard Wearing High Mirror Finish Deck Surface not offered by any competitor. Optimum Strength is achieved by a Quality manufacturing process producing a more Heavier, Dense and Stronger Treadmill Deck.
Our Treadmill Decks are supplied Ready Cut to Size, however they do not include any Drill Holes or Cut Outs due to discrepancies between Treadmill Models and Treadmill Modifications. It is much easier to Self Drill your New Treadmill Deck by positioning the Old Deck on top of the New Deck Board and using your Old Deck Board as a Template.

Deck Lubrication: Treadmill Deck will be supplied with a Free Treadmill Belt Lubricant Pack. Some older Nordic models had a Friction Strip (looks like a clear plastic sheet) attached to the surface of the Treadmill deck to reduce friction then a Paraffin Wax powder Deck Lubricant was applied. If this is the case then Deck Wax Lubricant residue will still be present in the original Treadmill Belt fabric so you will need to choose Dry Wax Powder Belt Lubricant from the Drop Down Box below otherwise, if there was never a plastic Friction Strip fitted to your old Treadmill Deck then a Pure Silicone Oil would have been used on a standard Black Laminate Deck. Please check your manual then choose below between Dry Wax Powder or 100 % Pure Silicone Oil. It is important for the Warranty of the Treadmill Deck or Treadmill Belt that this lubricant is used.

All orders for in-stock parts received before 12 noon on Friday 8th August will be shipped via your chosen delivery service.
