Important: Before Fitting each Bearing ensure that each bar is not scoured, scratched, worn or damaged in any way otherwise damage will occur to the New Bearings within a short time. Remember to apply a small amount of Blue Grease to the Bearings and lightly onto the Bars prior to fitting

I have tried everywhere to source these as the manufacture no longer stocks them. I bought four and fitted them myself not too difficult. Hardest part was fitting them back onto the bars. Excellent all round service from gym parts and thanks guys for stocking them.
