Hoist Fitness Smith Machine Bearing replacement for the Olympic Bar Vertical Carriers. We recommend that all x4 Bearings are replaced at the same time for best results.

Engineer Note: Before Fitting each Bearing ensure that the each bar is not scoured or damaged otherwise damage will occur to the New Bearings. Apply a small amount of Blue Grease to the Bearings and Bar prior to fitting
