Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing faulty or worn Cybex Motor Controller. On receipt of your worn Motor Controller we will dispatch your Service Exchange unit which will have been fully refurbished ready for you to fit straight back onto your Cybex Treadmill. We can not send out your Replacement Cybex Motor Controller without receiving your faulty one first
