Concept 2 Rubber Foam Handle Grips - Blue Handle Retrofit - (Expert Brand) suitable as a direct replacement for all D Type and E Type Rowing Machines. The existing Blue Moulded handles look like they are permanently moulded onto the main handle but after some time can become loose or sticky. These Blue handles can be easily removed by carefully slicing them off with a sharp knife like a Stanley Knife cutting each handle outward and away from your body. Once the Handles have been split open they can easily be removed. The outer Rib or Nodule on both ends of the main Handle should also be cut off then, whilst placing the handle vertical between your legs onto a hard floor surface you can simply push on the new Rower Grip Handles using a downward force.

Engineers Tip: For extra adhesion apply a little Hair Spray into the Grip before sliding on to the Handle. The spray will ease the Grip onto the Handle and when dry will act as an adhesive
