Service Exchange Process: After making your purchase you must send us your existing faulty or worn Precor Motor Controller. On receipt of your worn Motor Controller we will dispatch your Service Exchange unit which will have been fully refurbished ready for you to fit straight back onto your Precor Treadmill. We can not send out your Replacement Precor Motor Controller without receiving your faulty one first
