Gym Upholstery Heavy Duty Foam Rollers 200mm - 215mm long with a 32mm Hole to fit over 30mm (1 1/4") Bar and available with a choice of strong Matt Black Side Covers. Our Heavy Duty Foam Rolls are close to 200mm long (8" approx) excluding the Side Covers (215mm approx with Side Covers) and 140mm in diameter (5 1/2" approx) with a 32mm Inside Hole
Our Heavy Duty Foam Rolls are Hand Made using a full range of Fire Retardant materials including 8lb Commercial Grade High Density Reconstituted Chip Foam prior to covering with a Gym Grade Upholstery of your choice. To finish off and protect the sides of the Gym Foam Rollers we recommend fitting our Roller Side Cover Discs for that finishing touch. Our Gym Roller Pad Side Cover Discs are available with a choice of centre holes allowing for a larger hole to the inner disc for it to locate over the framework bar or tube.
Our In-House Upholsterers have worked with Gym Upholstery Vinyl for over 30 years providing Upholstery and Repair services within the Fitness Industry, Contract Upholstery, Physio Therapy and Medical Industries. Our Gym Vinyl Upholstery is fully Fire Retardant to Crib-5 with Anti-Bacterial protection to protect against harmful bacteria including MRSA and is treated with a Stain Erase coating to increase resistance to everyday staining. Our internal 9oz Reconstituted Foam is heavy duty and fire retardant.

Summer Holiday Closure
As another busy season comes to an end, we'd like to let you know that we'll be taking a short break for our Summer Holiday.
Our office will close at 5:00pm on Thursday, 16th July, and we'll be back from 9:00am on Monday, 27th July.
To ensure any made to order items are dispatched before we close, please place your orders by the following dates:
